The area Lisbon, Cascais & Sintra offers a lot of real estate development possibilities. Especially in the Sintra region many ruins offer a good basis for development. Together with our team architect we are working on a scalable design, that easily can be built and that fits into the traditional style in this area. Within the financial possibilities, we try to create green/sustainable houses.
The Lisbon area is more suited for apartment for refurbishment and the Cascais area for mansions to be converted to luxurious apartments and more land inward old houses to be revive.


Privacy for our clients is very important to us. In case (potential) investors prefer not to discuss investments by email or phone, we always can have a face-to-face meeting in Portugal.

Investment model

The investment model and possibilities will only be shared by email, phone or during a face-to-face meeting as it is not possible describing all possibilities on our site. You can choose to be the sole investor of a project or be part of project with several investors. Investments can be ratified by a law firm, private contract or other options to be agreed on.


Investors get access to a webpage with information on the project. This site provides the project status andwill be actualized bi-weekly. Next to pictures the project status (actuals vs. plan) will be presented.


Depending on the size and location of the project, a development project can take between 1 and 3 years. Upfront an agreement can be made on the maximum duration of the investment.
